If you receive your order and find that your jeans don't fit, no problem! We will happily exchange any or all of your items for you. We'll let you post your unworn items back to us within 14 days and will send a replacement out to you.
We can only offer this service for items which have not been worn and still have their original tags attached.
As soon as we receive your item(s) we will send out the replacement to you, free of charge. If we don't have an item in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delay time and/or offer a substitute.
Optionally, it's a good idea to contact us in advance by phone or using the contact form at the bottom of the web page (include your order number) so we can check availability and if possible reserve your replacement item(s) for you.
Please note, we can only offer an exchange one time per order. If you wish to exchange an item a second time there will be an additional charge. Please contact us prior to returning.
We only offer a cash refund if an item is faulty. In this case, please send back your unworn item, with the original tags still attached, using the same method as above. Please give details of the fault and whether you would like a refund or replacement. After receiving the item and inspecting the fault we will issue a refund or replacement.
